Service to be held at Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull on Monday 29th September at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support or a Stroke Charity.

Mum, you have been so brave and strong. Rest at peace now, happily reunited with Dad after those lonely years apart. You have been a wonderful, loving Mum and an amazing Nanna to Sophie. I will forever miss our daily chats, Saturday afternoons and all of those other family times we have shared. I love you more than you know.
